app_key is encrypted by public key and sent as input param during authentication(auth token generation) .Same app_key(encrypted by public key) is used for logout.This appkey encrypted by public key along with authtoken combination will be checked before logout .

Public IP Address of end user who requested access to data will be passed by GSP application or application accessing Taxpayer services.
